This Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs the shipment and delivery of products ("Products") ordered by you ("You" or “User” or “Buyer”) from the ZydusMart Website, accessible at https://www.ZydusMart.com, including its mobile version and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Website"). By placing an order on the Website, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.
Order Processing:
1. Processing Time: Orders placed by You on the Website are typically processed within two (2) business days from the date of purchase. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. In such cases, You will be notified via email or telephone call using the contact details provided by You at the time of placing Your order or registering on the Website.
2. Order Confirmation: Upon successful placement of an order, You will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of Your order. This email serves as an acknowledgment of receipt of Your order and does not constitute acceptance of Your order.
Shipping and Delivery:
1. Delivery Time: The Products ordered will be delivered to You within two (2) to seven (7) business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and other external factors beyond our control.
2. Delivery Notification: Once Your order is dispatched, You will receive an email, SMS, or WhatsApp message updating You with the details of the time and progress of the delivery. On the date of delivery, the person delivering the Product may contact You using the contact number provided by You at the time of placing Your order or registering on the Website to confirm Your presence to receive the Order.
3. Receipt of Delivery: You are requested to be available on the date of delivery to receive the Products. The Products will either be hand-delivered to You or to someone appointed by You to collect the order on Your behalf. All deliveries sent to residential or commercial spaces require a receipt signature for authentication. We take no responsibility for shipment receipt signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the Product or someone appointed by You to receive the order at the delivery address.
4. Delivery Attempts: A maximum of two (2) attempts will be made to deliver the Product at the address indicated as the delivery point at the time of placing the order. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two (2) attempts, the order will be cancelled, and refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Shipping Charges:
1. Shipment Charges: For each order, a shipment charge may apply. The exact shipment charges for the order will be displayed to You at the order checkout page. By placing an order, You agree to pay the applicable shipment charges
2. Free Delivery: Free delivery is available on orders above Rs 499, subject to change from time to time. The eligibility for free delivery will be determined based on the total order value at the time of checkout.
Incorrect Address:
1. Responsibility: We do not take responsibility for an incorrect address provided at the time of placing the order. In case of an incorrect address, the Product will be returned, and refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Storage Conditions:
1. Storage Requirements: Upon receipt of the Product, the Customer is responsible for storing the Product under the storage conditions mentioned on the back of the pack. No replacement or refunds will be provided for any quality loss or damages if the Product is not stored in accordance with the specified storage conditions.
Amendments:
1. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website and placement of orders after any amendments constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Policy.
